Small system (<1 ton, ≤35kV) → 50–100 L/min
Medium system (1–10 tons, 110kV) → 150 L/min
Large system (10–30 tons, 220kV) → 200 L/min
Extra-large system (>30 tons, 330–500kV) → 300+ L/min
Empirical formula:
Recommended flow rate ≥ Total oil volume (L) ÷ Planned time (h) ÷ 60 (min)
*Example: 10 tons of oil (≈11,000L), complete in 8h → 11,000 ÷ 8 ÷ 60 ≈ 230 L/min (select 200–300 range)*

2. Vacuum Level (Pa) – Determines Dehydration & Degassing Depth
≤35kV: Single stage → Ultimate ≤100Pa, Working ≤300Pa
≥110kV: Dual stage → Ultimate ≤50Pa, Working ≤100Pa
500kV / New oil filling: Dual stage high vacuum → Ultimate ≤10–20Pa
3. Filtration Accuracy (μm)
Standard requirement: 1–5μm, multi-stage filtration (coarse 50–100μm + fine 1–5μm)
Cleanliness: After treatment, NAS 1638 Class 6 or higher
4. Heating & Temperature Control
Temperature range: ≤70–80°C (prevents oil aging, ensures flash point safety)
Requirements: Intelligent constant temperature, uniform heating, dry-burn protection, over-temperature protection
5. Materials & Configuration
Pump: Gear pump / screw pump – oil-resistant, low pulsation
Filter element: Polymer / glass fiber – high dirt-holding capacity, long service life
